Welcome to 709 Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services

709 Design provides creative and design services including branding, print collateral, digital assets, and related creative consulting. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin any project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files or completion of the project.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. Ownership of final design files transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

3. Revisions & Approvals

We include a set number of revisions as outlined in each project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at our hourly rate.
Final approval of designs is the client’s responsibility; once approved, 709 Design is not liable for errors or omissions that appear after sign-off.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All design concepts, drafts, and preliminary files remain the property of 709 Design until the project is paid in full. Upon payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables transfers to the client for the agreed-upon use.
709 Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials (logos, copy, photos, etc.). Delays in communication may impact timelines and delivery dates.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future projects at our discretion.

7. File Delivery & Backup

Final files will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats. Clients are responsible for safely storing their files; 709 Design is not obligated to retain project files after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

709 Design is not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of our designs or deliverables. We are not liable for printing errors, third-party issues, or indirect damages of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
